The funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, August 24th at 11:30 AM at

the church of Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary

located at Grójecka Street no 38 in Warsaw.

The burial will be held for family only in the parish cemetery at the church of St. Francis of Assisi in Izabelin.
